These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ZIVO application and website (zivoapp.online). By registering or using ZIVO, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ZIVO. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• One account per user. Multiple accounts may be banned.

3. Virtual Coins

• ZIVO Coins are virtual in-app currency with no real-world cash value for viewers.
• Coins are non-refundable once used (gifts sent, calls made).
• Unused coins may be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin pricing at any time.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post or stream sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.
• Create fake accounts or manipulate the coin system fraudulently.

5. Host Earnings

• Hosts earn coins from gifts and calls received.
• Coin-to-cash conversion rates and payout timelines are governed by ZIVO's internal policy and may change.
• ZIVO reserves the right to withhold earnings from accounts found violating policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZIVO platform — including the logo, UI design, and codebase — is the property of ZIVO. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZIVO is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, earnings, or damages arising from use or inability to use the app, including technical failures or third-party service disruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sonipat, Haryana, India.
