Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Coin Purchase

If you wish to cancel a coin pack purchase:

• Request must be made within 24 hours of the transaction.
• Coins must be completely unused (no gifts sent, no calls made).
• Partial usage disqualifies the purchase from cancellation.

2. How to Cancel

1. Email montybadhwar0720@gmail.com with subject: "Cancellation Request – [Your Phone Number]"
2. Provide your transaction ID and reason for cancellation.
3. Our team will verify and respond within 1 working day.
4. If approved, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy (5–7 working days).

3. Cancellation of Video Calls

• An outgoing call that has not been connected (ringing state) can be cancelled by the caller at no charge.
• Once a call is connected, coins are deducted per minute and cannot be cancelled retroactively.
• If a call drops due to a technical issue on ZIVO's end, the charged coins will be reviewed and refunded upon request.

4. Live Stream Cancellation

Hosts may end their live stream at any time. No charges apply to ending a live stream. Gifts received during a live stream are final and non-reversible.

5. Account Cancellation

You may request account deletion at any time by emailing us. Upon deletion:

• Unused coins will be forfeited (they cannot be cashed out by viewers).
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.
